ABOUT POAC SUCCEED
Who We Are
POAC Succeed was created with a simple belief. People thrive when they feel seen, supported, and understood. Schools thrive when that belief becomes part of everyday life.
POAC helps schools strengthen mental health, reduce burnout, and build a culture where students and staff feel connected. We do this through hands-on programs, coaching, and real conversations that help people understand each other beyond the surface.
Our work is shaped by the idea of the ninety percent. The ninety percent is the part of a person’s story that others never see. The experiences, pressures, and emotions that shape how someone shows up. When schools learn to understand the ninety percent, everything changes. Students feel safer. Educators feel supported. Leaders feel aligned. Communities grow stronger.
Where POAC Began
POAC was founded by Jamie Grayson, whose life was shaped by belonging, mentorship, and community support. His journey from low income housing to the football field to decades of leadership work taught him one truth. Connection changes outcomes. POAC is the result of that belief in action.
Today, POAC partners with schools to help students and adults build the skills that make belonging real. Emotional awareness. Communication. Leadership. Trust. Accountability. These are the skills that shape healthy school culture and help people show up for each other.

MEET JAMIE GRAYSON
Jamie Grayson is the founder and driving force behind POAC Succeed. His work is shaped by a lifetime of experiences that taught him the power of belonging, mentorship, and being truly seen. Growing up in low income housing and later becoming a collegiate football player, Jamie learned early how much a supportive community can change a person’s path. Those lessons stayed with him through decades of leadership and service.
Jamie created POAC because he knows what it feels like to carry the ninety percent of your story that others never see. He also knows how life‑changing it is when someone takes the time to understand it. His mission is simple. Help students and educators feel valued, supported, and connected so they can show up as their best selves.
Today, Jamie partners with schools across the country to build cultures where people feel safe to grow. His full story, values, and vision live on his dedicated page.
