The Discovery Session is completely free. There is no cost for the initial needs assessment, consultation, or recommendation report. We believe every school deserves to understand their needs before making any commitment.

Most Core Partnerships are structured around the school year, with many schools choosing to renew and deepen the partnership in subsequent years. Full Transformation partnerships are typically multi-year commitments.

Yes. POAC Succeed works with public, charter, private, and alternative schools. Our frameworks adapt to your structure, population, and community context.

That depends on your goals and partnership tier. At minimum, a building principal or assistant principal and one school counselor are key contacts. Broader staff involvement increases impact significantly.

Yes. POAC Succeed is a registered 501(c)(3) and can support schools in identifying and applying for local, state, and national grants that fund social-emotional learning and school improvement partnerships.

We welcome mid-year partnerships. Many of our most successful school relationships began in January or February. We will work with your school calendar and existing structures
