Through a series of interactive training sessions, POAC Succeed teaches students to develop valuable leadership skills such as emotional intelligence, effective communication, decisions-making, and how to shop up each day as allies not for only their classmates but for others as well

How is POAC Succeed making a change in communities?
Our student ambassadors program creates leaders of positive change greater communities.
Opportunity for our students to learn more about each other while addressing any biases that they might not know that they have with one another.
Students grow together while they share unique stories throughout the 4 weeks.
Poac gives student the opportunity to step into other peoples shoes and listen to other peoples stories and hear them and listen to multiple perspectives as other people tell their stories
