The POAC Framework

Built on Understanding People Deeply.

The POAC framework is grounded in one idea: when we understand the 90% of a person beneath the surface, everything changes. How we lead, how we learn, how we connect.

The Core Idea

The 90% Principle

Most of what defines a person, their values, experiences, fears, motivations, and dreams, lives beneath what we can immediately see. POAC trains people to look deeper, ask better questions, and build real connection.

The result is stronger teams, more inclusive schools, and communities where people actually feel they belong.

The Program

A Roadmap to Create a Culture of Belonging

The People of All Communities Succeed Leadership Program is delivered in four one-hour sessions. It is designed to work alongside existing programs or build upon what is already in place. At the heart of this program is the belief that every human being has the innate capacity for kindness and compassion.
