The Story
We started
because we had
to.
POAC Succeed was founded by educators who had seen too many students fall through the cracks. Students with potential, with stories, with futures, who were let down by systems not built for them. We knew the problem. We built the solution.
What started as a community tutoring program grew into a full five-pillar school partnership model. Today, POAC works with schools across the Kansas City region to deliver the embedded, whole-student support that changes trajectories.
