Behind the Mic: Building the First Episode of Who’s In Your Huddle

The POAC team met to shape the first episode of Who’s In Your Huddle and build a story driven format that puts the “why” at the center. The group focused on creating a natural two person conversation, highlighting Jamie’s origin story and the 90 percent concept, and keeping each episode to two to four deep questions for a 20 to 25 minute run time. They also planned the technical setup, a 48 hour listener challenge, and a donation call to action that connects small daily purchases to supporting teachers. The meeting closed with next steps for rehearsals, audio testing, and preparing the first episode for launch on Squarespace.
